I don't believe it's been officially stated that Kylie is essentially a Caroline with a removable vagina option, but that's precisely the case. While there are slight differences in the dimensions listed on the official website, the overall design and weight are nearly identical. I don't own Caroline to provide comparative photos, but I'll most likely purchase this model soon and will then publish the comparisons.

~Ease of maintenance~

One of the main selling points of removable vaginas is their ease of cleaning. This is especially advantageous if discretion and/or the doll's weight are concerns. I was skeptical at first, but it's true. The sleeve weighs just over 1 lb / 0.45 kg (17 oz / 488 g). If you have a grooming bag, it fits easily, and you can take it straight to the bathroom without anyone knowing your intentions.

This also avoids the sometimes awkward handling of a large butt doll or a full torso to access the tunnels. Even though accessories like enema bulbs or showers exist to facilitate cleaning, nothing is simpler than holding this sleeve under a tap and letting the water flow through it.
